Return and Refund Policy
All cancellations or exchanges are carried out accordingly with the Italian and European Consumer Contracts Regulations,
i.e. any cancellation or exchange is regulated by legislative decree No. 21 of February 21st, 2014,
implementing directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights.
Dear Customer,
under our Condition of Sale, You have a legal right to cancel your purchase during the cancellation period.
The cancellation period begins on the date that the contract is formed, i.e., when Zantiago S.r.l. sends You the Shipment Confirmation and continues until the end of 14 days starting on the day after you receive the Item(s). The cancellation right applies to both sale and non-sale Products.
If the Product has been dispatched to You before you cancelled the purchase, you must return the Product to Zantiago S.r.l. within 14 days starting on the day after you cancel the order.
If You wish to cancel your purchase(s), You should follow the procedure of our Return & Refund Policy i.e., if you do not do so, you will be solely responsible for the cost of shipping any Products back to Zantiago S.r.l.
1 - RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel the contract created by our written order confirmation without giving any reason but within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you acquire, or someone you nominate (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the product(s) in your order.
To cancel the contract and return your product(s), You can contact Zantiago S.r.l. office at …or call us by phone at +39 … and follow the instructions that will be given to You, otherwise you can send to Zantiago S.r.l. in writing an unequivocal statement, such as a letter or e-mail, to:

2 - RETURN PROCESS
Products branded Zantiago that have been purchased through Zantiago S.r.l. website – Newdel s.n.c. - https://www.zantiago.it - may only be returned to Zantiago,s Return Department, at the address of our Returns Department … by contacting our office to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Products that have been purchased through other Sales Channels may NOT be returned to our Returns Department.
To return a product to Zantiago’s Returns Department, You must follow the following steps:
- call us to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- agree on a pick-up date with the logistics operator chosen;
- fill out the required information on the return form included in your parcel and sign it; if needed the Customer Care Office could send You a return form by e-mail. For return of products over € 500,00 the Customer Care Office will also send You a pre-paid waybill.
- Pictures of the item(s)
- You must include in the delivery package, the completed return form along with the product, all its accessories, any free items You received as part of Your order, the Warranty Card if available and all other documents, in their original box;
- You must seal the delivery package so that logistics operator will pick-up a sealed package;
- You must keep a proof of return shipment, and we accept no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced, since only merchandise received by our Returns Department will be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3 - CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS AND QUALITY CONTROL STANDARDS
Zantiago S.r.l. will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the Return & Refund Policy and, if so, then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state i.e., in perfect condition and with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original Zantiago’s box(s) and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. If You have received free items as part of Your order, they must be returned with the products.
Zantiago S.r.l. reserves its right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used, damaged or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, might reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control by Zantiago S.r.l.to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet Quality Control standards, Zantiago S.r.l. will refuse the return, and the products will be returned to You. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control Standards, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Failure to comply with our Conditions of Sale will entitle us to refuse the returned product and send it back to You, at Your own cost.
Once Zantiago S.r.l.has received and validated any returned item(s), Zantiago S.r.l. will send You an email to confirm the validation of Your returned Product.
4 - REFUNDS
You may return a product purchased through Zantiago S.r.l. website - https://www.zantiago.it - for refund, provided that the return complies with our Conditions of Sale. Only the buyer will be entitled to receive a refund of the purchase price, i.e. in no event will a person who has received the product as a gift (i.e. a “Gift Recipient”) be entitled to receive a refund. If you are a Gift Recipient and wish to return a product, please contact us to discuss your options.
If the return complies with Zantiago’s Conditions of Sale, we will use commercially reasonable endeavours to refund the purchase price to the buyer, using the same means of payment as used by the buyer for the initial transaction, within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned item by our Returned Department.
5 – EXCHANGES
You may return a product purchased through Zantiago S.r.l. website – https://www.zantiago.it - for exchange with another Zantiago product, provided that the return complies with Zantiago’s Conditions of Sale and Return & Refund Policy.
Should a product be returned to the Return Department for exchange with a less expensive product, only the buyer of the returned product will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference. If a product is returned for exchange with a more expensive product, you will have to pay the price difference.
6 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
If you do not return a Product or, if a Product sent using the Returns Process fails to arrive and you are unable to provide proof of postage/shipment, Zantiago S.r.l .reserves the right to refuse a refund.
If your Products were purchased using a special offer which contained several Products, all Products ordered using the special offer must be returned in order to qualify for any refund.
Your legal rights in respect of goods which do not conform to the sale contract established between the parties with the order confirmation (for example, if they are faulty or not as described) are not limited or excluded by these terms.
