Orders are processed and despatched by the warehouse within 24 working hours for orders placed by 12 o'clock midnight (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday. Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You must wait to receive the goods and then return them.
Regardless of the payment method used, the Customer will always receive a Shipping Confirmation email where it is possible to check the order and shipping status.
Delivery
Products are normally delivered within 3 working days from the order despatch date in Italy*, within 5 working days in Europe and within 8 working days for all other destinations worldwide.
If the Express service is available, delivery shall be effected within 1-5 working days from the order despatch date for all destinations.
It is understood that for products indicated as “unavailable” on the Website or those that are subject to a “pre-order”, the aforementioned times run exclusively from the time of their actual availability in our warehouse, as specified in the Conditions of sales.
All orders are processed automatically, so it is impossible to change the despatch and delivery times. Carriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays; delivery times may incur delays during Italian holiday periods.
For deliveries to Non-EU countries, the custom clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery times. Products shall, in any case, be delivered within 30 days in accordance with the terms foreseen by laws in force.
Couriers will make 3 attempts to deliver the goods; after the third attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Tracking Of Orders
When the order is despatched, an email is sent to the Customer with UPS order tracking details. After 24 hours from order despatch, it is possible to track the order by clicking the tracking link included in the email or by entering the shipping number here for UPS.
