Privacy policy pursuant to Lgs. Decree 196/03 and EU Regulation no. 679/2016

Pursuant to art. 13 of Lgs. Decree 196/03 and following the entry into force of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the aforementioned European Regulation, we wish to inform you of the following:



Purposes of the Processing

will be processed lawfully and fairly for the following purposes:



  1. a) management of the sale of our products, sales and after-sales services, processing of any request you make through the forms on our website, eg. administrative activities, accounting, returns, guarantees, fraud prevention; fulfilment of obligations imposed by laws, regulations or European legislation (including laws against money laundering) and to start or defend a legal action; research, market analysis, customer relationship management, periodic sending of promotional material and newsletters on products, services and promotion of the Zantiago world, including events organised by Zantiago or in which Zantiago participates, as well as invitations to such events.



The data processed are updated, pertinent, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes listed above for which they are collected and subsequently processed.



Processing modes

In compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality, the data will be processed through the following methods: collection of data from the interested party, collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, used in further processing operations in terms compatible with these purposes, treatment carried out with the aid of electronic and automated tools (telematic data collection, directly from the interested party).

The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller are given by the fulfilment of the contractual obligations agreed between the parties. Pursuant to art. 6 the lawfulness of the processing is based on the express consent by the data subject, documented in writing. Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data and consequences of a refusal to respond: the provision of data by you is mandatory in order the data controller to provide the requested services. In case of refusal it will therefore be impossible to complete the registration process and the System Owner will not be able to fulfil contractual obligations.



Communication of data to third parties

Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by the Data Processors appointed by the former and by strictly authorised data processors. Your personal data are not subject to disclosure.



Storage times

Your personal information will be stored in the computer archives owned by Zantiago S.r.l for 10 years after the termination of the service provision / product supply relationship.



Purposes of the Data Controller

The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country or to an international organisation.

The data subject may at any time exercise the rights reserved to him, enshrined in art. 7 of which full text is reported: art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 15 EU Regulation 679/2016 - Right to access to personal data and other rights - "The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation  of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and to their communication in intelligible form. The data subject has the right to obtain information on: the origin of personal data; the purposes and methods of the processing; the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; the identification details of the data controller, the data processor and the representative designated pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 2; the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representatives in the territory of the State, as processors or agents. The data subject has the right to obtain: updating, rectification, or, if interested, the integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which do not need to be stored in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; certification that the operations referred to in letter a. and b. have been brought to the attention, even as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfilment is found to be impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The data subject has the right to object in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal information concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication". In particular, the data subject may at any time ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and for their rectification or cancellation or the limitation of their processing or may oppose to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation and has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Zantiago S.r.l. reserves the right to add or remove features from the Site and to modify the services and / or products offered, the Privacy Policy can be updated at any time by the Company and users and visitors will be notified of any changes made.
Since the Site may allow access to websites owned and operated by third parties, we specify that the Privacy Policy does not apply to said third-party websites and the Company is not responsible for the protection of personal data by such third parties.
